Last year alone, the average single family home price as well as total units sold in Sandy Springs both jumped up over 10% from 2020 numbers. Sandy Springs condo prices also show steady increases year over year and never took a dip as they did in neighboring Buckhead during 2020. In fact, the condo/townhome market has seen much healthier growth in Sandy Springs than in Buckhead during the last 4 years!

The number 1 most expensive sale in Sandy Springs has all the toys, including putting green, pool, cabana, gym, and more.
It’s no wonder this home is #2 on the list as it sits on 9+ acres inside Atlanta’s perimeter and includes 2 extra buildable lots!
A brand new construction modern farmhouse is #3 on the list. It boasts all the bells and whistles, including a pool house with apartment and a gorgeous view to the salt water pool.
This 26,000 square foot house was foreclosed and then sold by the bank for $4.5 Million in 2020. It then sold again off-market one year later in March, 2021 for $5 Million.
