Sandy Springs real estate doesn’t show any signs of slowing down. August saw another home sell for over $4 million, the second of the year. The 9,770 square foot home sold for $4,300,000 in just over four months. The average price of the 44 homes sold in August was just over $1 million. This is up from the year-to-date average of around $873,000.
Condominium sales are still going strong in Sandy Springs. 62 condos were sold in August, with an average price of $326,000. Aria condominiums accounted for nine of the top ten sales. The top condo sold for $799,000, with the rest of the Aria units fetching over $600,000.
