North Springs is a well-established neighborhood in north-central Sandy Springs. The neighborhood includes almost 500 homes, including the subdivisions of  Wyncourtney, Devonwood, and Spalding Cove. North Springs consists mainly of single family homes, along with a few condominiums. Spalding Drive Elementary School is within the neighborhood.
Location
North Springs extends south of Dalrymple Road between Roswell Road and Brandon Mill Road.
What we Love
North Springs is the quintessential suburban Atlanta neighborhood, with quiet streets and lots of trees. Parks, golf, and other amenities are a short drive away.
What We Don't
There is no neighborhood swim/tennis club or other amenities within the neighborhood.
