One River Place

At a Glance

One River Place is a gated community in Sandy Springs, GA. The community includes detached homes, town homes, and mid-rise condominium flats. One River Place offers more than just beautiful homes; residents enjoy resort-style amenities including a two-story clubhouse with meeting rooms, a large, beautiful gym, separate exercise room for classes, a massage/spa room, two salt-water swimming pools (1 is heated year round), and much more. The park-like setting includes green spaces and lawns, a lovely  pond with fountain, a dog park, and private access to the Chattahoochee River. The community plans lots of events and activities throughout the year including a variety of food trucks many Friday evenings.  All of this within minutes of interstates I-285 and I-75!

Location

One River Place is located on Powers Ferry Rd, just inside the perimeter. The community offers easy access to I-285 via Northside Drive to the east, and I-75 via Cumberland Blvd to the west.

What we Love

Top-notch amenities and outdoor spaces are our favorite things about One River Place. There are walking trails, lawns for outdoor activities, and private access to the Chattahoochee. In addition, you have sidewalk access to Chattahoochee River recreation areas at Cochran Shoals and Powers Island.

We also love the easy access to great food. There is a private gated entrance from One River Place to Ray’s on the River, and it’s an easy walk to the famous Heirloom Market BBQ.

What We Don't

The community offers easy access to I-285, and that means the interstate noise is very close by as well. Homes on the north side of the property are very close to the interstate.

Around the Neighborhood

One River Place offers residents a comfortable neighborhood vibe. The common areas are well kept and there are lots of community activities to participate in. The clubhouse has a modern gym, coffee shop, and meeting rooms (poker anyone?) inside, and two pools, grilling area and covered dining area outside.

The park fountain offers a beautiful setting for community events.

Dog owners will love the recently renovated dog park.
