River Chase is a family-friendly neighborhood overlooking the Chattahoochee River.  Residents may choose to join the swim/tennis club which includes a beautiful, renovated pool house with kitchen, bar, and grill as well as 2 lighted tennis courts that are available year-round.  The community provides life guards when the pool is open during the summer.  There are also regular planned events for families as well as adults only.  The views of the river cannot be beat!

River Chase is along the Chattahoochee River off of Heards Ferry Road, between Winterthur and Riverside.

Residents organize many more events than your average neighborhood covering a range of interests.  It is almost impossible not to meet neighbors who may share your interests.

What We Don't

Heards Ferry is the only way in and out of this neighborhood, and the traffic can get very heavy.
